Supporting Young Talent at Grotto Tavern
Nouvelle Cuisine

For one night only Head Chef Terence Paul Saliba will be handing over the kitchen to Nikolai Abela, our apprentice young chef. On Tuesday 29th March 2022 Nikolai will lead the kitchen together with other Institute of Tourism Studies students with his own Nouvelle Cuisine 7 Course Tasting Menu. 

 

Our aim is to support Nikolai who is in the final year, reading for a Higher National Diploma in food preparation and production, from ITS. In a few short weeks, he will be sitting for the final exam which revolves around the theme of Nouvelle Cuisine.

We are very excited for him and wish to give him the opportunity to showcase his innovative menu at Grotto Tavern. We look forward to welcome you all! Limited Spaces Available!
